Our preference is to finance senior debt on income-producing properties with low loan-to-value ratios. However, we will consider any commercial real estate loans that meet our lending parameters.

Specializing in real estate loans for asset types including multi-family, office, hospitality, and other commercial properties, we are a direct capital source and a balance sheet lender. Typical transactions have an urgent closing timeline, a strong value proposition, and a clear exit strategy—usually within 12-24 months of the loan being issued.

  • Interest Rate: SOFR + 6.00%-9.00%

  • LTV: Up to 80% LTV

About our Borrowers
